I TRIED MANY DIETS, BUT THE FAT PERSON
INSIDE ME KEPT COMING BACK!!!!

IT IS SAID THAT
 LEARNING FROM YOUR MISTAKES IS INEVITABLE. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES BELOW AT THE DIFFERENT STAGES IN MY LIFE I HAD  DIFFERENT APPEARANCES.  ALSO, MY VITAL SIGNS AND HEALTH WERE ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE FROM TIME TO TIME AND WERE RELATED TO THE WAY I WOULD EAT. 

 
 AFTER BECOMING EXPERIENCED FROM ALL THE POPULAR DIETS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, I  REFLECTED AS TO WHAT MADE ME FEEL GOOD, BAD AND WORSE. I THREW OUT THE BAD AND WORSE, AND ADDED SOME GOOD IDEAS OF MY OWN AND CHARTED THE RESULTS. THE FINAL OUTCOME CAME TO ME IN 1990 WHEN I PUT TOGETHER A HEALTHY AND SAFE  PLAN TO GET RID OF FAT ONLY AND RETAIN MY MUSCLE.

 THAT WAS OVER 20 YEARS AND 89 POUNDS AGO. I FEEL YOUNGER NOW THAN WHEN I WAS 48. MY VITALS ARE IN CHECK, I HAVE ALL THE ENERGY, MUSCLE AND STAMINA
I COULD EVER WANT. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL - I THINK CLEARLY WHICH ALLOWS ME TO SET, ACCOMPLISH AND MAINTAIN THE GOALS WHICH INTEREST ME IN ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT STRESS CAN SHUT DOWN YOUR FULL POTENTIAL AND PROGRESS. THE FIRST STEP TO MAKING THAT WONDERFUL CHANGE IS TO SEE ME AND LEARN 
MY EAT SMARTTM SYSTEM.
