Hi Marshall,
I hope you are enjoying the holiday times. I just want to
let you know that I am doing awesome on these healthy eating choices.
 I lost 17 lbs so far in less than 3 months. I work out 4 X at the gym
alternating between muscle building and aerobics (tread mill and bike)
a week. I am burning 650 Calories in the aerobics work out. Also I walk
and bike around the house the rest of the days.
Tremendous energy, great discipline, even during the holidays.

 I have a goal, 2 years from now, before I am 60 yrs old , God willing, I

 IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER THAT THERE IS A LITTLE TRICKERY IN LABELING UNLESS YOU ARE SINCERE ABOUT YOUR FAT INTAKE. BELOW ARE TWO EXAMPLES OF COMMON HOUSEHOLD FOOD ITEMS THAT SAY FAT FREE AND AREN'T. IT DOES MATTER IN CASES WHERE THE AMOUNT OF SERVINGS THAT YOU DO USE IS GREATER THAN ONE. YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT I AM POINTING OUT FOR YOU.

THIS MEANS THAT THER COULD BE AND MOST PROBABLY IS  .5 FAT GRAMS X 904 SERVINGS OR 452 GRAMS OF FAT IN THAT CONTAINER.  NOW READ THE LABEL EVEN CLOSER AND YOU WILL SEE THAT EACH SERVING THAT THIS MANUFACTURER STATES IS 1.25 SPRAYS.
